A briefing paper on work and ageing, prepared for Older and Bolder in the context of its analysis of proposals on the National Pensions Framework, published in March 2010. It argues for a ‘life-span strategy’ on work which can realise the potential economic benefits of greater inclusion and valuing of older workers.
